HOW TO CLEAN A LINEN RUG
Regular care:
• Vacuum the rug 1 to 2 times a week (use a vacuum cleaner without an aggressive rotating brush to protect the fibers and fringes)
• Shake it outdoors if possible to remove dust thoroughly
STAINS AND SPOT CLEANING:
• Blot immediately (never rub) with a clean, dry cloth
• Mix a small amount of mild soap (such as Marseille soap) with lukewarm water
• Apply with a sponge or slightly damp cloth and gently dab the stain
• Rinse with a clean, damp cloth to remove the soap
• Lay flat to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.
