1. Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

1.2. Delivery Method & Timeframes

All orders are shipped via express delivery. Delivery times vary depending on geographic region:

  • Europe & USA: 3–7 business days
  • Africa & Middle East: 3–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–14 business days

1.3. Shipping Fees

Fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination

1.4. International Delivery (DDP)

We deliver to most countries worldwide.
All shipments are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid):
No customs or taxes payable upon receipt.

Exception: In case of returns, customs or re-import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💡 Return tip: Mark "Returned Goods" on your return package to avoid unnecessary fees.

1.5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A link for package tracking
  • The name of the carrier used

1.6. Excluded Zones & Restrictions

We do not deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military APO/FPO addresses

Some remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

1.7. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen, lost, or damaged packages after shipping

1.8. Exceptional Delays
