The Customer has a universal 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal or request the cancellation of their order, regardless of location. Refund conditions and the application of this right are determined in accordance with the legislation in the Customer's country of residence.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and in their original packaging. Subject to compliance with these conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return, using the same payment method as the order. If the order benefited from free shipping and the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal partially or fully, the actual shipping costs initially covered by The Moroccan Vibrations may be deducted from the refund if the remaining order value no longer reaches the free shipping threshold.
If an order is cancelled after shipment but before receipt, a flat retention of 30% of the total order amount may be applied to cover preparation, handling, shipping, and restocking costs incurred by The Moroccan Vibrations.
No retention applies if the cancellation is received before shipment.
If the order is refused upon delivery or unclaimed without prior notice within a reasonable period, the same 30% retention may be applied.

For returns from countries outside the European Union or the USA, it is mandatory to indicate on the parcel: "Retours de marchandise" to avoid customs duties, re-import taxes, or additional administrative fees.
E-MPGT / The Moroccan Vibrations cannot be held responsible for additional fees imposed by customs authorities or carriers upon receipt. Any amount charged upon receipt may be deducted from the refund.
If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or packaging degradation, a proportional deduction may be applied to cover reconditioning or repackaging costs. If the product is no longer resalable, no refund will be made. Upon written request, the product may be reshipped to the Customer at their expense.
Subject to compliance with the above conditions, the refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of order.
Initial shipping costs will be refunded according to the standard rate applicable in the destination country, even if express shipping was used. The difference between express and standard shipping remains the responsibility of the Customer.

In case of partial withdrawal of one or more items of an order initially eligible for free delivery, if the remaining amount retained falls below the free delivery threshold, standard shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Example: Free delivery threshold 100 €, customer orders 120 €, returns 40 € → remaining 80 €, standard shipping deducted.
Any return beyond the 14-day legal period without acceptable justification (e.g., force majeure) may be refused or partially refunded as store credit, depending on product condition and at customer service discretion. The customer will be notified by email within 7 days of receiving the return.
