The Customer is entitled to a universal 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal or request cancellation of their order, regardless of their location. The refund terms and conditions for exercising this right are determined in accordance with the legislation in force in the Customer's country of residence..

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and accompanied by their original packaging. Subject to complying with these conditions, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and verification of the return, using the same payment method used for the order. When the order benefited from the free delivery (free above a certain threshold), and the Customer exercises their partial or total right of withdrawal, the actual shipping costs initially covered by The Moroccan Vibrations may be deducted from the refund, provided the free shipping threshold is no longer met after the return.
In the event of order cancellation after shipping but before receipt of the package, a flat-rate 30 % of the total order amount may be applied. This fee covers the preparation, processing, shipping, and restocking fees incurred by The Moroccan Vibrations.
No fee will apply if cancellation is received before shipping of the package.
If the order is refused at delivery or unclaimed without prior notice within a reasonable period, the same 30 % fee may be applied.

For any return originating from a country outside the European Union or the United States, it is mandatory to mark the package with the following notice : « Merchandise returns ». This notice helps avoid the application of customs duties, re-import taxes, or additional administrative fees.
E-MPGT / The Moroccan Vibrations cannot be held liable for additional fees imposed by customs authorities or carriers when returning goods. Any amount charged upon receipt of the package may be deducted from the refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products :
If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or degraded packaging, a proportional deduction may be applied to cover repair or reconditioning costs. If the product is no longer resalable, no refund will be issued. Upon written request, the product may be reshipped to the Customer at their expense.
Subject to complying with the conditions above, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and verification of the return. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used when placing the order.
Initial shipping fees will be refunded according to the standard rate applicable in the destination country, even if the shipment was sent via express shipping. Since shipments are typically sent via express, the difference between the cost of express shipping and standard shipping remains the Customer's responsibility.

The refund will be processed in the currency used at the time of payment, at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the refund.
In the event of a partial withdrawal covering one or more items from an order initially eligible for free delivery, and if the remaining amount retained by the Customer falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping fees corresponding to the Customer's geographic zone may be deducted from the refund, in accordance with the applicable rate schedule.
This deduction is intended to offset the logistics costs initially incurred by The Moroccan Vibrations for the entire order.
Example: if the free delivery threshold is set at 100 €, a customer orders for 120 € then returns items worth 30 €, a full refund is maintained. But if the customer returns items worth 40 €, the remaining amount becomes 80 €, and standard shipping fees will then be deducted from the refund amount.
Any return made outside the legal 14-day period without valid justification (e.g., force majeure) may be denied or result in a partial refund in the form of a store credit, depending on the product's condition and at the customer service's discretion. The customer will be notified of the decision via email within 7 days of receiving the return.
